“RESIST” is spelled out in six photographic images depicting discovered letters found in and around abandoned buildings throughout the Denver area. This word and the images that portray it convey the urban decay found in and on the structures we pass by everyday. Structures that remain standing through economic hardship, diminished by time and lack of resources, are testaments to resistance. The images echo a culture holding strong in difficult times.
